Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Customers exchanging or returning items are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

There are additional charges for overseas shipping. The additional charges may not always appear during ordering. For details, please e-mail veteranscollectibles@mail.com 

We ship all available merchandise within 48 hours, unless out of stock. Special orders require 3 - 4 weeks and can not be shipped using special 2 or 3 day service.
